There will be 44 biomedical learners honored at this ceremony, including 35 master鈥檚 students and nine PhD students. Learners involved in biomedical programs at the 好色先生 College of Medicine gain knowledge and experience for prosperous careers in research and research-related areas.

The College of Medicine will celebrate graduates from its main campus in Lexington, the Rural Physician Leadership Program in Morehead, Ky., and for the first time, graduates at the 好色先生 College of Medicine-Bowling Green Campus.
On Match Day this spring, 147 medical students matched into 66 different institutions and 19 different specialties. Approximately 37% chose to pursue a residency in Kentucky, aligning with the College of Medicine鈥檚 mission of training more physicians to address the state鈥檚 shortage and advance health care in the Commonwealth.
